I got a call this morning after my Physical Terrorist session. They did not succeed in killing me but came close.. lol..
They keep telling me its for my own good. I am still wondering why something that really just causes lingering pain for hours is good for me.. Oh well....
I am walking without aid now. I gave up the cane a couple of days ago and walk cautiously but like normal..

That hip replacement was gonna hurt and sure enough, it did. I made it through the recovery stages using the mildest of percocet , 5-525 mg, and ignored the leftover pain.
I stopped the percocet a week ago and am just taking generic ibuprofen for the soreness still there from healing and the rage it gets into from the therpy.
The great news is I Have my right leg back again and can walk on it. It swivels. The socket works wonderfully well and allows the leg to have freedom of motion. I took a series of three Euflexxa knee joint injections a week apart that puts a gel into my eaten out right knee and provides some cushoning so I am not bone on bone on that right knee. THIS maay well stave off my total knee replacement which has already been diagnosed by the Orthopedic Doc and we are trying to postpone that as long as we can.. So far it's working.. Fingers crossed..
Now then, my friend is a Vitenam War helicopter pilot with a bronze star and two other medals I forgot what they were called. He was a captain over there and flew hundreds of missions cleaering paths for the Hueys to come in and drop off troops and pick up wounded..
He told me he has a friend over in Poland who also was a Nam veteran who is working at the border with Ukraine and had some first hand insights into what is going on.
So Doug is now considering going over there to visit and help this friend over there with the Ukraine refugees trying to get into Poland who are also under constant attack from Russian murdering soldiers.
The thing the guy on the ground said that was striking to me was that Russian soldiers by the hundreds are laying down their arms and walking away. They are beginning to discover they have been used to murder people who are of their own descent and against people who pose no thret to them.
So Doug is going to go into Ukraine and help.. Yep, he's that crazy.. But he has the combat experience to do it. He asked if I wanted to go sinece combat experience was a requirement and I said I was too lame to be able to do that. I would like to but when you only have one good leg, it is not a good idea to be possibly in the midst of a combat situation or zone. Miz micro says I am too old for that now ! Can you believe that? Wow...
Doug is older than me..
SO I will help him expenses to get there and back as it is the second best thing I can do.. Hopefully when he gets back he fills me in on what he saw and observed and I can relay some of it to you all.
IF this is not over by then.. Putin cannot defeat the Ukraine military because of shortage of equipment and soldiers finding out the truth. The rest of the world needs to keep supplying the Ukrainian military with weapons and supplies and they will win.
Putin should be hanged for crimes against humanity..
Its too bad the people in Russia who also know this will n ot rise up against this vile creature and put an end to him..
Anyway, that was a pretty interesting talk with my friend this morning. He has to take along his flack jacket and helmet and other gear to go into Ukraine.. So there will be some shipping costs as well.
