BREAKING: Supreme Court sidesteps ruling on scope of internet company immunity from lawsuits over user content

The Supreme Court on Thursday sidestepped a ruling on the legal shield protecting internet companies from lawsuits relating to content posted by users. The court did not decide whether protections in federal law safeguard YouTube from a claim it was liable for suggesting videos promoting militant Islam. That’s because the court has ruled in a separate but related case involving Twitter that such claims cannot be brought under the Anti-Terrorism Act.

Do something positive.
