I believe I'd order the guys to keep purging illegals from the rolls.
And I'd send the 'judge' a copy of that 1996 law with a cover letter asking "Are you really trying to order Virginia to violate federal law and let non-citizens vote in a federal election?"
Either the 'judge' reverses his 'ruling' or I'd have him arrested for aiding and abetting electoral fraud.
why is a JUDGE interfering in a STATE matter that is perfectly in the State's jurisdiction to regulate the eligibility of voters and purge rolls when necessary.
