iPhone Users: Travel Tip:
I didn't see a way to turn OFF Cellular, but leave WiFi on...
That can be accomplished with this two-step procedure:
1, Turn on Airplane Mode. (This shuts down all 3 radios: cellular, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth.)
2. Turn Wi-Fi on.
Curiously, the device will still show as being in Airplane mode, but Wi-Fi will work. Also will save battery time as the cellular and BT radios will be OFF.
This update contains improvements and bug fixes, including:
• Improves reliability of using HDR option for photos taken using the Lock Screen shortcut
• Addresses bugs that could prevent the new iPad from switching between 2G and 3G networks
• Fixes bugs that affected AirPlay video playback in some circumstances

Evidently, Apple's history of ad and marketing campaigns does include some embarrassing moments. While I understand the intent is to replicate wartime newsreel or propaganda films with a degree of overly dramatic cheese and subpar acting, this thing isn't even ALMOST good.
