I have not tried it very long as I just learned about it a couple of days ago. To show you how effective it is, I was able to sleep without the heavy pain relief prescription lidocaine patches last night. Unheard of for me!

Please remember to put the 1 or 2 leaves in the microwave for about 20 seconds after sprinkling them with water. This way you don't have to smash the leaf. Otherwise, you will have to put the leaves in boiling water and use a wine bottle or rolling pin to smooth it out and bring the nutrients to the surface before using as a medication.
