Being telescreened
Well at about 6:50 this morning I tuned into Bloomberg. You'll never guess, the mc identified must read. Truly incredible. Just like you said, bad neighbors. But I guess I must be the bad neighbor for posting as I do, as requested.
I have the form, but I have to know is the word of the viewer sufficient, or do I need other tech evidence. If so, please sir, tell me what evidence I need and how to go about obtaining it.
Thank you,
yoss
PS, by the way, Tom Keene, Bloomberg News the mc, was the one who indicated to me and told me quite bluntly, that I was being watched because they wanted to know when I sold my shares and got out of the market. Rather incredible that a financial journalist who works for Bloomberg should care when a novice sells his shares.
The day he told me was when Abby Joseph Cohen was one of his guests.
Kindly tell me sir, do I need a ledger of the times, etc. I didn't know it was a subversive act to buy and sell securities on the exchanges. This is rather sick.
Just to let you on a little secret I'm dictating this very loudly so their microphone picks it up and Mr. Bow Tie hears it.
Still being telescreened. You see the old creep from GE thnks that he has the right to steal posters' account information and to telescreen them. Also wants to know the methodology that I employ.
He voiced the following message to me that I would have to read the news boards while being telecast etc.

This week we received the "return receipt requested" form back from the postal service confirming that both Fidelity and the SEC received the response we sent to Fidelity.

Our response to Fidelity and copy to SEC and attorney
By: Yossel in
TO WHOM... Tue, 20 Aug 13 6:24 AM
When I called Fidelity on the morning after receiving the postcard, I spoke to Mr. VanHirtum who summarily accused me of being a liar, that I could not have received such a postcard. Now, sir, you are playing the same record again.
Since that time period you received a letter from my attorney which you did not respond to. I resubmitted the letter, certified with return receipt requested. This time you were kind enough to acknowledge receipt of the letter and respond to it. And, once again, you misrepresent the facts.
To refresh the memory of both you and your colleagues, I do believe that I was told that all calls are recorded. It would be most kind of you to review the recording of Jan 8, 2013 when I spoke to Mr. VanHirtum. On that occasion he insisted on seeing the postcard before he would believe it because he was certain that such a card could not have been sent. He told me that such postcards are only generated from his office and that the postcard was not listed in his book. Further he could not confirm the existence of the postcard without viewing it himself, but would investigate when he received it.
That very afternoon I took the postcard to your Third Ave NYC office.
The representative faxed a copy of the postcard to Mr. VanHirtum and gave me a copy of the successful transmission. I called him and left a message to alert him to the arrival of the fax that he had insisted on.
After waiting more than 3 weeks for the results of his investigation, I called him. Kindly note that he never called me during this time, although he had assured me he would. When I finally reached him on Feb.1, 3012, he told me that he had never received the fax, so he thought I had never sent it. He stated that he thought I was not interested in pursuing the matter since he had not heard from me. After a few more words, he went to check the file. He then came back and told me, "Oh, yes, it is there, but I was not aware of it.:
Please listen to your own recordings. If it is true that Fidelity records the conversations with clients for their protection, this will confirm what I have told you.
Mr. VanHirtum never contacted me. I waited for his call like a fool, believing that he was investigating as he had assured me he would. By the way, there were numerous other calls that you should have recording of when I tried to reach Mr. VanHirtum, but was unsuccessful:
2/5/13 3:30pm, 2/11/13 2:30pm, 2/14/13 2pm, 2/20/13 6pm, 2/22/13 3:30pm, 2/25/13 2:58pm,
2/26/13 5:30pm
If you listen to your own recordings and re-read your letter that you sent to the SEC with a copy to me has the same gibberish that your
representatives gave me on numerous occasions when I spoke to them.
Even when I first wrote Fidelity and was contacted by Mr. Shaun McEnery, Executive Office Specialist, he was of the view that we were "attention seekers." We nonetheless accepted new account numbers.
Subsequently, after several other incidents where our security was compromised but ignored by Fidelity when it was reported, we transferred our accounts to another brokerage firm.
Now your letter to the SEC claims that a postcard that I received on Jan 8, 2013 was sent to me on Sept 4, 2013 in regard to an incident that occurred in August. And, you expect this to be believed! It is amazing how many times you, Mr. VanHirtum and other members of the Fidelity staff have rewritten the facts and place blame on the postal service.
Sir, for the record, I have been doing business with Fidelity for over a decade prior to this incident. Suddenly I have gone from being a "valued client" who never bothered the firm to being an "attention seeker," who is reporting activity on my account that "clearly could not be happening."
I look forward to your immediate response for a satisfactory conclusion to this matter.

""Cassidy Wolf was recently crowned Miss Teen USA, but she wants the world to know that her title doesn’t mean she’s exempt from rampant cybercrime. Wolf explains that in high school, her computer and webcam were hacked into, and she had no idea that a stranger was watching her. Then, the hacker contacted Wolf to extort money from her. He claimed he had nude photos of her and threatened to make them public. Wolf explains that she didn’t suspect anything since the lights on her devices weren't turned on. She also wasn't aware that all of her online accounts had been taken over. "There was no immediate action that could be taken," Wolf said."
"Now that she can get the public's attention, she wants to raise awareness and hopes her experiences can keep others safe. "It was honestly one of the hardest things I had to go through," the 19-year-old said. "It can happen to anybody. It's important to always be aware of what you're doing on your computer and what you're doing around it." The FBI has been investigating this case for months and says they now have a suspect, but won't identify him to the public yet. "
Received form PS 3811 (Return Receipt Requested, Certified and Registered) from the Criminal Investigation Service Center, Attention: Mail Fraud of the US Postal Service for the mail fraud report that was submitted.
After the attorney read and approved the cover letter, I re-sent the fraud form, certified and return receipt requested this time, to the US Postal Service Criminal Investigations Service Center, just last week since the original submission was never acknowledged.
Now I'll also be responding to the gibberish letter that Fidelity sent to the SEC with a copy to me.The reason why I didn't respond to them sooner was that I was hoping to enclose with my response a copy of the postal authority communication. And, in the update I will include as many of the particulars as possible, as instructed, since as I have already indicated to you, they have not addressed any of the issues in their response.
Interestingly enough, the attorney provided 2 more agencies that should be notified. They will be receiving a copy of the postal authority letter that I just re-mailed. The agencies she suggested are the FTC (ftc.gov) and the CFPB(consumerfinance.gov).
NSA Project X-Keyscore Collects Nearly Everything You Do On The Internet
JOHN BIGGS
As Snowden said to the Guardian on June 10, “I, sitting at my desk could wiretap anyone, from you or your accountant, to a federal judge or even the president, if I had a personal email.” X-Keyscore is how it is done.
Received a nonsense response from them so I have to write to the SEC again as per their instructions and enclose the letter they sent me with more details.
Also going to include the names of the traders who were involved in the Cramer extortion and intimidation by members of the CNBC business news team.
Between you and me, I made a mistake by laughing at what they attempted to do as a good sport would. The long view doesn't work with these gents. My misunderstanding resulted in only getting more hard line theats from them. These guys think that they are tough hoods from the the era of the 20's. The recent Sopranos series gave them role models.
As you know, I sent the post card to the postal authority for action. Nothing yet. Those cats must really be busy with the demands Bush put on them.
The telescreening is still going strong.
Obviously, Mr.-- can't stop it. An owner without authority.
Recently had vascular testing done, western medicine test. The Chinese medicine has been so effective that my veins look like those of an eighteen year old according to the western doctor.
Hope you have the same favorable results if you try it.
This morning Joe Kernen, Andrew Sorkin, Becky Quick, and Jack Welch were "peeping tomming" again. At one point between 8-8:15 the 3 men held hands because they were picking up on the mike my course remarks about them. Joe Kernen of course played the martyr as he told Jack Welch see what we go through.
The 3 degenerates attempting to blame the victim again as Joe Kernen instructed them to just go on. Let's be honest, and say that the ones who are enduring here are the ones who have to have their presence in their homes without inviting them. The ones who have to suffer their presence without knowing that they're there.
The height of hypocrisy. These people are telling you how disgusting it was that the government has been eavesdropping for security reasons while these gentleman eavesdrop in the hope of earning a penny or 2 more in profits without your permission or knowledge.
Obviously my note on the political board about the breach in privacy has not been ignored as we see by the presence of Jack Welch, the former CEO of GE. This must be his response, that he will continue to be a peeping Tom.
On another issue you will see if they are investigated that they have not only been in your bedroom without your knowledge, but have also been in your brokerage account without your permission. And it doesn't make a difference if your account is $100 or a billion dollars. They had access because of their technology. And you'll never guess who the primary peeker was: Mr Jack Welch who not long ago admitted, I did it because I really love this country. By the way, it was only through the kindness of Michelle Caruso-Cabrera that I found out that they had stolen my account and passed it around to the cast members in the hope of ascertaining the methodology that I employ. Otherwise I never would have realized that this happened. In many ways I was fortunate that she informed me, not as an act of friendship but as an attempt to ascertain the methodology.
Honest people, my account is too small to merit such attention. So, if they did it to me, just think of what they have done to the CEO's who post on the boards.
I think you should know that I just spent from about 1:10 to 1:59 this afternoon sitting on my Eames chair naked, exhibiting my private parts, so that Sue Herera, Michelle Caruso-Cabrera, Tyler Mathison, Scott Wapner, and any other talking head and their guests could see. Obviously Jack Welch just refuses to have them stop peeping.
Perhaps I should tell you that at one time I thought it was you playing a college prank. Now that it's come out, I know better. After all, when he had Cabrera speaking to me he was prompting her what to say. Among the questions he prompted her to ask were, try to find out who he works for. Another one of his favorite questions was, try to find out how he does it. And this, from the ex CEO of GE. After they asked me half a dozen times who I worked for, I finally told them who I post for. Cabrera interjected that they had looked for you on the boards but couldn't find you. She said, oh, come on. I repeated that I posted for you. I must tell you that through the computer, I heard his gulp.
By the way, today when Mathisen saw my genitalia, he gave an involuntary smile and boy did he get off that screen fast. I must apologize to Bob Pisani because he is not involved in this but he walked into a scene and I was not about to run and get dressed for him. I'm sorry Bob, I didn't mean to embarrass you. However, I will do whatever I have to do to get your colleagues to stop peeping into my bedroom and into my accounts.
Oh, Whom, I have to tell you. When Caruso-Cabrera and Welch pulled their little number, Welch indicated to me that he had instructed Caruso-Cabrera to steal my account. She was carrying out his instructions to inform me that everyone at CNBC had obtained copies of my statement and were trying to figure out how I did it, what was my magic formula.
I think I told you this before but Cramer acturally accosted me on tv with 2 other traders employed at the stock exchange attempting to ascertain my mathematical formula for achieving my results. Mr. Grasso was 1 of them. If necessary I'll dig out the other name for you. He said, in front of the other traders, he was going to bash my stocks until I told him the formula, and he did exactly that. I think in the law books they call this extortion, theft, and threatening. I think I told you this before, but it bears telling you again. Additionally he issued a warning that he wanted me out of the stock market. I'm not sure if the warning comes from him or Welch. But it was delivered more than once via the tv by Cramer and Jon Najarian. Don't be angry at him, he was just honoring the request of Maria Bartiroma. By the way, the request was made right on television, in front of the viewing audience.
I didn't mention this, but Tim Seymour on Fast Money said I should stop blaming Fidelity for the loss of my account because obviously the crew from CNBC had obtained it because I had left my computer open. He added that this happens to him 10 times a day. The old blame the victim game.
Before I forget, you should have seen the look on Mandy's face when she saw Mr. P. She looked like she was going to throw up. And, of course, she gave me a dirty look. You know what I love about this - the peeping Toms give the victims dirty looks.
Additionally I enlisted Cherie and Barbara to be my witnesses to what was occurring in my bedroom while the various shows were on. They had to give up shopping on a rainy day.
Today I heard from one of the agencies today. Obviously, more work to do there.
On post 0027 I forgot to tell you that the technology allows for both auditory and visual. They use both. If I ever have lunch with you at Sabrett's, I'll tell you the name of the person who clued me into the auditory part of the riddle.
All in all, I must confess to you that I am amazed that with the talent that posts on these boards, they have allowed themselves to be spied upon.
In order not to be under their surveillance, I guess we must not tune in to the local business shows. Among them, Bloomberg, CNBC, and Fox. For the numbers, I gusess it's best to just go to Google Finance.
Trust you and your family are doing well.
Oh, thank you for including the photograph of that famous designer and his son.
