Witness the most recent filings by his Save America PAC and the Federal Election Commission, showing Trump raised an eye-popping $82 million in the first half of 2021 and has over $100 million cash on hand with which to influence the 2022 midterm elections. No other former president has ever inspired and controlled that kind of political fundraising juggernaut.
Additionally, Trump has been holding key meetings about his future, described by his former chief of staff, Mark Meadows, as “[making] plans to move forward in a real way, with President Trump as the head of [the 2024] ticket.”
Right on cue, leftist commentators came out in force, claiming that the Biden administration, investigators and prosecutors are boxing Trump in and that his influence is on the wane. But as his massive fundraising, dominant poll numbers, and huge crowds at rallies indicate this is wildly off the mark and another transparent attempt to wish Trump away. You’d think by now they would have learned that is a fool’s errand.
But they haven’t, and one of their favorite ways to try to diminish and dismiss him is to ignore his achievements, which they will never concede make him one of America’s most successful presidents.
For decades, Democrats have been talking disingenuously about reducing income inequality, poverty and unemployment. In four years, Trump did it. Through a pro-growth, pro-worker agenda — tax cuts, regulatory relief, unleashing our energy sector, and working to achieve fairer, more reciprocal trade deals — Trump delivered a booming pre-pandemic economy that benefited all Americans. In fact, Trump’s policies gave us a Goldilocks economy: strong overall growth, significant wage growth, full employment for all demographic groups, low inflation, and a narrowing of the income and wealth gaps. He created a true blue-collar boom.
When the pandemic hit, Trump and the White House Coronavirus Task Force led a comprehensive approach to try to mitigate its impact and get the American people and U.S. businesses through the crisis. Early on, he suspended travel from China and Europe, declared a national emergency, and oversaw the implementation of the bipartisan Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act; his administration ensured that critical relief was sped to America’s workers, small businesses, industries, and state and local governments.
Most astounding, Trump removed bureaucratic hurdles and launched Operation Warp Speed, which made the U.S. the world leader in testing and produced a complex vaccine distribution system in just 10 months. Trump withdrew us from the World Health Organization over its mismanagement of the pandemic, and led us to a robust reopening and fast economic recovery.
Trump worked to solve the immigration problem by securing the border, enforcing immigration laws, targeting sanctuary cities, and ending “catch and release,” chain migration and the visa lottery program. He closed asylum loopholes with the “remain in Mexico” policy and worked to combat human trafficking.
For underserved communities, he established Opportunity Zones to create jobs and generate investment, made unprecedented investments in Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), and achieved historic criminal justice reform.
Trump worked with state and local lawmakers to expand school choice, signed a critical executive order that promoted and protected free speech on college campuses, and expanded education in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) fields.
In foreign affairs, Trump rebuilt our military capabilities, defeated ISIS by destroying its caliphate, and eliminated terrorists Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi and Qassem Soleimani. After presidents of both parties spent decades promising to name Jerusalem the capital of Israel and move the U.S. embassy there, Trump did it. Perhaps more importantly, his administration secured the historic Abraham Accords between Israel and the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Morocco and Sudan, creating a monumental geostrategic shift in the Middle East to set it on a path toward a sustainable peace.
Trump was the first modern president to forcefully and proactively take on Chinese economic aggression. He imposed crippling sanctions on Russia, Iran and North Korea over their malign behavior, and convinced NATO members to pay their fair share for their collective defense.
The left will never acknowledge these and other Trump successes. As with other transformative Republican presidents, such as Richard Nixon and Ronald Reagan, the left must try to besmirch Trump for the history books. But they continue their war on Trump for another reason: They fear him. Following losing campaigns, Nixon and Reagan staged successful political comebacks — and deep down, Trump’s opponents know that he could engineer the most astonishing one of all.
So, expect continuing lies, smears and wishful thinking about Trump from those on the left. But while they appear to have learned nothing about him and the enduring “America First” realignment he set in motion, he has learned a lot about them. With that knowledge, the 800-pound gorilla of the Republican Party is quietly watching and waiting.
Donald Trump is rarely stealthy. No wonder his enemies are so worried.

We have another demonstration of MSM bias. When on March 30, 2021, NBC News anchor Lester Holt received the Edward R. Murrow Lifetime Achievement Award in Journalism from Washington State University, he argued "That fairness is overrated."
Holt remarked:
>>>
"The idea that we should always give two sides equal weight and merit does not reflect the world we find ourselves in... Decisions to not give unsupported arguments equal time are not a dereliction of journalistic responsibility or some kind of agenda. In fact, it's just the opposite, Providing an open platform for misinformation, for anyone to come say whatever they want, especially when issues of public health and safety are at stake, can be quite dangerous. Our duty is to be fair to the truth."
>>>
By adding that final sentence, his rationale, I'm certain, was to justify what he does during his nightly "news" broadcasts. In an effort to legitimize his comments, Holt said, "That the sun sets in the west is a fact. Any contrary view does not deserve our time or attention." He attempts to minimize his neglect of any point contrary to his own by trivializing the issue. It reminds me of Kamala Harris' attempt to laugh off the fact she hasn't visited the southern border. Ironically, she was being interviewed by Lester Holt.
Holt said, "Decisions to not give unsupported arguments equal time are not a dereliction of journalistic responsibility or some kind of agenda." Sounds noble. But he neglected to specify who decides if an argument is unsupported. Can we assume Holt and the MSM do?
So what we have is a hypocrite who says "...we don't need to hear both sides to define truth: Fairness is overrated." I must conclude that any idea, concept, or point that doesn't agree with his version of the truth isn't worthy of his or the MSLM's fair treatment and can summarily be dismissed. Holt is a manifestation of what today's MSLM constantly does: views itself as a neutral arbiter of the truth.
This illustrates that Holt has a bad case of Naïve Realism. He views the world through his perspective, assumes he has a correct representation of it in his mind, that anyone who disagrees with him is incorrect. It also means he thinks every rational person shares his opinion. If they don't, he considers them benighted, biased, or wrong. Perhaps this is why he didn't pursue Kamala Harris when she responded with her ridiculous cackle and nonanswer to his query about why she hadn't gone to the border. He "knew" that her reason was correct, therefore no further inquiry was required.
Holt said the media's job is to "...help our audiences understand what our role is in a healthy democracy." What Holt meant was that the media should be the definers of truth, should take its version of the truth and attempt to make it conventional wisdom. Holt's comments represent a fundamental change in the MSM's perception of itself and its role in today's society. It is not the MSM's job to take sides on any controversy because, in its view, the effort impedes judgment, biases its search for the truth. The MSM's "problem" is that most of its journalists believe they are the only valid definers of truth. This conceit leads them to assume that their truth is the truth. The media's job is not to determine or define what the truth is.
Consider this from Murrow (March 9, 1954):
>>>
"If we confuse dissent with disloyalty -- if we deny the right of the individual to be wrong, unpopular, eccentric or unorthodox... [it] costs us the confidence of men and women who aspire to that freedom and independence of which we speak and for which our ancestors fought."
>>>
Holt rejected the very concept of fairness espoused by the journalist for whom the award was named. Holt did not do his homework, just opened his mouth. Fortunately for us, unfortunately for Holt, his bias and true opinion fell out.
As Bill O'Reilly wrote, "NBC has an entire network devoted to propaganda -- MSNBC. That's not a newsgathering operation. So, although Lester is correct in theory, his own network doesn't practice what he is preaching. Especially when it comes to Donald Trump!"
This is ironic, particularly in view of Holt's remark, "Our duty is to be fair to the truth." It seems that Snopes, that paragon of (its version of the) truth, rated FALSE the statement, "Lester Holt urged journalists to ditch objectivity." It offered this (exonerating) context:
>>>
"In Holt's 'fairness is overrated' remark, context showed that he was referencing the rising dangers of misinformation online, and that always giving equal weight to two sides of an issue can be dangerous if those sides aren't rooted in facts. He also warned of confusing opinion-oriented cable programming with newscasts that honor journalistic integrity and look to the facts."
>>>
Well, duh! That is a classic example of 'narrowly defining the truth to avoid any consequences,' something the MSLM often does. Note also that Snopes' "defense" of Holt includes a reference to "the rising dangers of misinformation online." Online? From where did that come? How is it relevant to what Holt does every evening? Is this an example of Snopes trying to define the truth by reading Holt's mind? Is Snopes trying to spread propaganda?
Is Lester Holt representative of the MSLM? Its continuing attitude that fairness is overrated, that reporting opinions is okay, that both sides of an issue are not required to determine the truth suggests so. He and the MSLM long ago forfeited whatever credibility they had because they destroyed it by reporting opinions, or as CNN's Don Lemon does, by reporting 'point of view.'

Why Big Media Will Never Report On Hunter Biden’s Emails
By: Zimbler0 in
FAKE NEWS Sun, 01 Nov 20 2:15 AM
The corporate media has refused to cover the substance of the New York Post’s bombshell reporting on Hunter Biden’s recovered laptop and emails, not because there’s nothing to the story or because the emails are fake, but because the story itself is, on its face, harmful to Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden.
That’s not to say news outlets haven’t been writing about the Post’s reporting. They’ve simply decided to cover the meta-narrative—the story about the story—while studiously ignoring what Hunter Biden’s emails reveal about his family’s overseas business dealings and influence-peddling.
Here’s how it works. Instead of aggressive follow-up reporting on the content of Hunter Biden’s emails, which is what you’d expect from news organizations, we’ve gotten a wave of process stories about the “anatomy” of the Post’s “dubious” reporting, censorship stories about Twitter and Facebook, and wild conspiracy theory stories about a rumored Russian disinformation plot.

It should be possible to cover revelations about the Biden family that are neither disinformation nor the greatest scandal of our time.
[cut]
More specifically, Bobulinski’s story and the email evidence both suggest that Joe Biden took at least enough interest in his son’s dealings to have a meeting during the Trump presidency with his business partners.
>>>
It is obvious that douthat is trying to cover up one of the biggest scandals of our time.
Zim.
>>>
There are new details about the son and brother’s attempts to cut deals in China based on their family brand, but the key allegation is that Joe Biden himself was pulled into his son’s Chinese negotiations.
>>>
WHATVER Ross Douthat, there are MSM articles from December 2019 about these issues when ya’ll were pimping Bernie for the upcoming primaries.
Now ya’ll question the veracity of the story? gtho
>>>
Have a potential US President partner with communist China and with Russia in their energy companies while promising to destroy American energy companies isnt interesting?
>>>
Compare the evidence in this to the evidence, none at all, in the russian collusion delusion against Trump and get back to me.
The senate should already have acted and a special investigator should have been appointed yesterday.
>>>
no kidding. This guy is willfully and wantonly minimizing the facts. The old Potomac 2 step on full display. He is ignoring ginourmous issues in order to contort his defense of the Lamestream media’s slanted one sided reporting. In addition he assumes as does most left wing media idiots do , that they are in the mainstream and the U S in not a center right country. He is also guilty of ignorance of the highest order for falling into the same trap as 2016 concerning the pending outcome of this election. He is making huge assumptions based on countermanding fact.
In addition the very idea of some moral equivalency between a totally exonerated POTUS who has operated with a constant liberal anal exam since he announced , and the completely verified and more proven every hour FACT that Joe Been Hiden is as dirty as 7 day socks is more than disingenuous. It once again reinforces the obvious to anyone of average intelligence , that the New York Times continues to be nothing but a DNC and Leftist stenographers pool that will stoop to any level the hasten the exit of capitalism and the freedoms it finances.
Lastly and most simply if the NYT would do their effing job in a centered and forthright manner and had been for a long time the “right wing web based media” would not exist. We oh our Creator many prayers of thanks that this media exists. Imagine what our nation would be without it.
The author writes for the new york times (more appropriately
referred to as the 'new yoke joke slimes').
In it the author, one 'ross douthat' admits that the bidens
are slimeballs . . . then pretends like Trump is so much worse.
One paragraph :
>>>
In fact, it’s not a distraction to have new insight into a potential First Son’s business dealings — especially given that the saga of the younger Biden is a prime example in how a milder-than-Trump form of corruption pervaded the American elite long before Trump came along
>>>
'milder-than-Trump form of corruption' ??? I have yet to see any credible
evidence of corruption by President Donald Trump. I have not seen credible
evidence that Trump lied to U.S.
I have seen plenty of lies by the demo-rats and the media.
But with each revelation, it becomes more and more obvious that charges
of treason should be applicable to the bidens and the obamas.
If you're a mainstream media news consumer, you may or may not have read or heard a whole lot about the allegation about Joe Biden. However, there's an increasing amount of media scrutiny of the presumptive Democrat nominee based on Tara Reade's allegation, and former George W. Bush spokesman Ari Fleischer spotted a familiar pattern:
Ari Fleischer ~MSM's lack of coverage of Tara Reade's accusation against Biden is similar to their lack of coverage concerning Kermit Gosnell, the abortion doctor convicted of killing three infants. MSM thought neither was a story but slowly got shamed into coverage. This is how bias works.
Editors make dozens of decisions a day re: what is news. Their judgments reflect a largely liberal point of view. Covering Gosnell would lead to damaging questions re: abortion. Covering Reade would lead to damaging questions re: Biden. MSM is not neutral. Their thumb is on the scale.
The mainstream media are so predictable, and yet they wonder why there's so much skepticism of "journalism" these days.
Debra Monroe ~We have passed the point of bias, this is malfeasance! They have violated the public trust as a source of information.
All too true, Debra, but libtard useful tools, like the Pffffarters, are too stupid to realize that undeniable TRUTH that is smacking them right in the face.
ErickaAndersen ~I know I shouldn't be shocked, but HOW in the world is this actually happening?! Mind-blowing.
MamaLisa ~This is what @toddeherman calls the Propaganda of Silence.
Another banner year for "journalism."

Once again Drew Holden was good enough to put together a thread of the media doing their best to push ChiCom propaganda in the hope that it would hurt Trump. They have worked so hard to pretend the numbers China has been reporting around the COVID virus are accurate ... like we should believe CHINA.
You know, the country that started this whole mess?
Now, this thread is really long but it's worth the read. ...

Yesterday, Brian Stelter touted a WaPo interview with Scott Burns, the screenwriter of "Contagion." Because Burns' screenwriter cred makes him an expert on the COVID19 response or something.
Well anyway, apparently CNN decided that they had to one-up the WaPo somehow. Enter Anderson Cooper, who managed to score a sweet video interview with Burns:
Steve Guest ~CNN brings on "Contagion" movie screenwriter, allows him to spread false coronavirus is a "hoax" narrative with no pushback.
Give me a break.

We are Real News, Mr. President.
Yeah, RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGHT! You refuse to air parts of President Trump's virus briefings ostensibly because you disingenuously suppose he does not know what he's talking about and is sowing undue panic among the public, BUT THEN, you air total, unadulterated bullsh!t from a Hollyweird lunatic who doesn't even know his ass from a hole in the ground. Yep ... that's ridiculous FAKE NEWS, right there, Anderson.
Stephen L. Miller ~We will not air someone who makes fantastical and fictional claims and boasts during the middle of a pandemic which might cause panic through false information instead of experts.
Also here's a Hollywood screenwriter.
Seems about right.
LOL_Whatever ~Where the hell is Sean Penn when we need him ...
Must've been busy.
Doug Jones ~This is the kind of quality content I expect from @CNN.
And they continue to deliver, God bless 'em.
Night Owl ~These are unserious people pretending to be serious. It's all so ridiculous at this point and normal everyday Americans see them clearly for what they are. Hacks.

Yesterday we told you about CNN deciding that their viewers didn't need to see a portion of the daily briefing from President Trump and his coronavirus task force. CNN reporter Oliver Darcy noted his network's avoidance of the presser:
Oliver Darcy ~CNN is currently not taking the White House coronavirus briefing. Fox and MSNBC are.
It seems like only yesterday that the media, Darcy included, were mocking the White House for not holding regular formal briefings:
Stephen L. Miller ~
Well isn't that special!
THIS. Is CNN.
Sunny McSunnyface ~If the DNC bought CNN tomorrow, the only difference would be some new intellectual honesty about what they are.
Bingo.
James Hasson ~It's genuinely hard to find a more soulless media figure that Oliver Darcy. He went from criticizing the "liberal media" at The Blaze to live-tweeting Fox News and being Brian Stelter's parrot in a matter of months.
Hope the price tag was worth your dignity, bud.
bob halpin ~If you're not covering it, why does Acosta get to ask questions?
THAT is a damn good question!

... that President Donald Trump's dismissal of both Lieutenant Colonel Alexander Vindman and his brother from their jobs at the White House amounted to "North Korean-style punishment of the whole family."
No, you retarded goofball ... "North Korean-style punishment" would have been execution by highly unpleasant means.
The services of Vindman, whose military comrades have described him as a worthless asshole, and his brother are no longer needed at The White House. POTUS has the undeniable right to choose who works for him and who does not; therefore, the Vindman brothers are relieved of duty. Losing your position is hardly a "North Korean-style punishment.
