got your point but, NOT TRUE.

I know some Catholic people who are very much as saved by grace through faith in Christ as I am and many countless others.

Be careful who you lump together in that loose term "Protestant". Those Churches came out after the reformation and Martin Luther's 95 points.

They are mainline denominations but remember that the Baptists go back to the very early times after Christ's ascension. One needs to really study a lot of Church History to know that and follow their trail. Even the Church at Rome has records of early Baptists.

They were persecuted by Roman Emperors because of their faith.

I do not think CAtholics are going to hell any more than I think anyone else who does not repent and trust Christ and only Christ as Savior.

It is the BIBLE way, not some denominational way....

I know people of all "religions" who have a wonderful and sweet testimony of their love for Christ. Salvation is INDIVIDUAL, not denominational.

Just some info for you....

Are Christians any different?

Mormons consider themselves Christians.

Protestants deny that Mormons are Christians, sometimes calling them a 'cult.'

Catholics, on the other hand, admit that Protestants are Christian but say that they are going to Hell just the same. (As they put it, it is VERY difficult for a non-Catholic to get into Heaven.)

And micro feels the same about Catholics.

So there!
