Linda, there is a root cannel that is open
between my mouth and my sinus. My body has
tried to seal it off but it has not happened
yet. It started with a much bigger opening
that caused an infection over most of my
scalp. The dentist sealed most of it off
after almost a year. That stopped much of
the problem but it seems he missed one
opening and my body has not yet sealed it
off. But I am not a doctor or a dentist so
I cannot know it is the truth about it even
though it is my body. BTW, I have lived my
whole life with sinus problems. One good
thing about living in Gallup many years
ago was that there was few things in the air.

Maybe its allergies? Dust or pollen can clobber you. They usually prescribe a spray like Flonase and/or a pill like Zyrtec.

I once had sinus problems and, to my surprise a chiropractor massaged my face in a downward motion from top to bottom, down to the neck. It seemed to clear out the grit in the passages. That didn't work next time, though.

Someone recommended flushing out using saline mist through the nose to prevent them. I'd check that with a dr, wouldn't want to make a condition worse.
