This is an easy one.

Solution: For wasting the time of the court with a frivolent suit of ridiculous proportion, the court hereby fines PETA $10 million to be paid, forthwith. Until the fine is fully paid, PETA attorney, David Schwarz, and PETA's general counsel, Jeff Kerr, are hereby remanded to a cell in San Quentin prison.

Oh ... as for this statement: "Where does it end? If a monkey can sue for copyright infringement, what else can a monkey do?" I will defer to Professor Monkeytrots as to "what else a monkey can do."
