Anthony Pellicano Re-Sentenced, Ex-P.I. Stays Behind Bars Until 2019
“I have no intention of appealing anything,” Anthony Pellicano told a federal judge today as the disgraced former Hollywood private investigator was re-sentenced.
In a short hearing in front of U.S. District Judge Dale Fisher on Monday morning, Pellicano joined in via videoconference to learn he will remain in the big house until March 2019. As prosecutors had requested, Pellicano was re-sentenced to 180 months for violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act with three years supervised release when he does get out and millions in fines. Succinct in his words, the ex-P.I. had bandages on his head and was wearing dark shades on the video screen in court in DTLA.

Clinton Private Detective Arrested
Pellicano Was a Key Participant in Clinton Campaign to Intimidate Gennifer Flowers
Newsmax.com contributed to this report.
What do actor Steven Seagal and Senator Hillary Clinton have in common? Both allegedly hired the same low-life private detective to do their dirty work.
Anthony J. Pellicano was arrested recently for hiring an ex-con, allegedly at the direction of Seagal, to intimidate Los Angeles Times reporter Anita Busch. Ms. Busch was investigating a Mafia extortion plot against the actor. In a scene seemingly taken straight from a "Sopranos" script, Busch arrived at her car to find the windshield shattered and a dead fish in her front seat with a long stemmed rose in its mouth. A sign nearby read, simply, "Stop," obviously referring to her investigation.
According to the man responsible for the intimidation attack, Alexander Proctor, Seagal initially hired Pellicano to do the job. Instead, however, the Clinton-connected private detective subcontracted the job to Proctor. An FBI raid of Pellicano's office uncovered enough explosives to "bring down a plane or blow up a car," according to the New York Daily News.
Followers of JW's case on behalf of Gennifer Flowers may recall that it is alleged that Hillary Clinton hired Pellicano in 1992 to discredit Ms. Flowers after she publicly revealed her long-term affair with former President Clinton. Pellicano, who was billed as an "audio recording expert," claimed that Ms. Flowers' smoking gun tapes of conversations with Bill Clinton were "selectively edited," a bold-faced lie.
The liberal media has, not surprisingly, ignored the Pellicano Clinton connection.
"The fact that Pellicano has been connected to this shameless intimidation campaign should lend further credibility to JW's arguments in court on behalf of Ms. Flowers," said JW President Tom Fitton. "In both cases, an attempt was made to squash an individual's First Amendment rights."
Judicial Watch is currently fighting in court on behalf of Ms. Flowers in a defamation lawsuit and ready to depose George Stephanopoulos, James Carville and Hillary Clinton.

What The Anthony Pellicano Trial Tells You About The Clintons
John Hawkins 10
Apr, 2008
by John Hawkins
Over the years, a lot of women that Bill Clinton has had uh…let’s say relations with…have claimed that they’ve been harassed. We’re talking break-ins, threats, pets being murdered, you name it.
For example, when I interviewed Kathleen Willey, here’s what she had to say,
Like I said, in the transcript, you did everything you could to avoid talking about it and got to the point where you had to perjure yourself or tell the story, right?
That’s absolutely correct…and I had been threatened a few days before that and all kinds of things had been happening to me.
Like what? Tell me about that.
Strange phone calls. You know, “We’re getting ready to turn the power off, do you have small children or elderly people there?” The power company doesn’t do that and the power never went off.
Then, one day, I live out in the country, in a very rural part of Virginia and…I walked out of my house one day and I had three flat tires. I wondered how that had happened and came to find out that someone had come down with a nail gun and shot the tires out in the sidewalls. I mean, you don’t run over nails and get them in the sidewalls.
And I had a beloved pet of 13 years that disappeared…
That was your cat, right?
That was my cat. I put the word out…and put up pictures saying she was missing..and one morning, I was out walking at first light with my dogs, a couple of days before the deposition, and this stranger approached me and asked if I had ever found the cat. He was very knowledgable about my cat, and talked about what a nice cat he was — talking about him in the past tense. Then he asked me if I had gotten my tires repaired — “Did you ever get those tires fixed” — which was when I knew something was going on. Then, the worst part was when he threatened my children by name….He said, “You’re just not getting the message, are you?” The message was clear, it was to lie at that deposition in two days and not tell the story of what Bill Clinton did to me.
…Near the end of the book, you had a fascinating little paragraph on some of the harassment that other authors of Clinton books have suffered. Can you tell us a little bit about that?
Well, we’ve got just any number of people who have criticized or questioned the Clintons and have been subjected to this kind of behavior — former state troopers in Arkansas, of course, other women like me. Our stories are so similar it’s eerie. I mean, we all tell the same stories.
Juanita Broaddrick and Gennifer Flowers have had similar stories, haven’t they?
John Hawkins's book 101 Things All Young Adults Should Know is filled with lessons that newly minted adults need in order to get the most out of life. Gleaned from a lifetime of trial, error, and writing it down, Hawkins provides advice everyone can benefit from in short, digestible chapters.
Sure, they’re all very similar….
Now, a lot of people have poo-poo’d the idea that the Clintons could have had anything to do with this, but I am not one of them. There’s a story in the news today that explains why.
That story involves Anthony Pellicano, who was first hired by the Clintons back in 1992 to deal with Gennifer Flowers. Pellicano is in the news now for apparently harassing a reporter on behalf of Michael Ovitz.
Opening a rare window on the inner angst of Hollywood, onetime uber-agent Michael Ovitz testified Wednesday that he hired private eye Anthony Pellicano to get embarrassing information on two entertainment reporters who were writing negative stories about him.
…Prosecutors allege that Pellicano wiretapped, harassed and obtained confidential information about one of the reporters, and her complaint to authorities became the flash point of a five-year scandal that has fascinated Hollywood, culminating in his federal trial.
…On the stand, Busch recounted going outside on the morning of June 20, 2002, to find an upside-down pan on her Audi and a note inside the windshield saying, “Stop.” There was also a hole in the window, she said.
“I was kind of stunned,” she said.
A bomb squad arrived and evacuated her block. Under the pan, the officers found “a fish and a rose. Dead fish,” Busch said. (Asked on the stand if he had hired Pellicano to put a fish on Busch’s car, Ovitz replied, “Absolutely not.”)
The journalist moved out of her home for a period, not returning until early August. On the 16th of that month, she started to cross the street to her rental car when “I heard a motor and there was a car coming toward me with no plates,” Busch testified. “I knew I was in trouble.”
She said she had just jumped into her car when two men in the other car pulled up alongside her.
She said she gripped the steering wheel, paralyzed. One of the men put his fingers to his lips, as if to silence her, then waved at her.
“I remember thinking, ‘I’m going to die!’ ” she testified with an anguished sob. “I thought, ‘This is how it ends.’ ” They drove off and she was left unharmed.
Now, if the Clintons hired a guy like Pellicano, isn’t it entirely possible that he engaged in the same sort of harassment on their behalf that he did on Ovitz’s behalf? Moreover, if the Clintons hired one goon like Pellicano, why would anyone think they wouldn’t hire more?
When you have multiple people who have crossed the Clintons and have claimed to suffer this sort of harassment and you know that the Clintons have hired people like Pellicano before, it doesn’t take much of a leap to conclude that it’s more likely than not that people like Kathleen Willey, Juanita Broaddrick, and Gennifer Flowers have been harassed and threatened by agents of the Clintons.
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good ...
