Here's where it's at there: We just have to bare and grin. We have to make sure the situation doesn't go back to the nineties. We need to do enough to allow at least a new generation to grow there under a rule that allows for education, human rights, regular democratic elections, all of it spreading out from the big towns to the countryside, etc., before we can even say it's time to go.
That will take another 20 years, easy.
