If you want to have a laugh, get clo to answer honestly on those same topics. She might tell you that she doesn't drink alcohol in any form, but she still does. It played a big role in her forgetting to feed a baby she was watching a few years ago. When the parents filed a complaint, the Agency she worked for ordered her to remove "babies" from her resume. She then had to focus solely on elder care, as if that's any less of a risk when SHE's in charge.
I'm a bit different. I have a lot of alcohol but I hardly ever drink. I was shocked, in fact, at the number of bottles pulled from my bar when I moved this year. The apartment doesn't have space, so it's all on top of our cabinets! Most go back many years, and some further. I found one bottle that still had my wife's initials on it - from more than 25 years ago, when we were still tracking who owned what!
About a third of these have never been opened. Another third have hardly been touched, bought because some drink recipe called for it, and then not used again. The problem is that these things are HEAVY, and I'd like to get rid of a bunch of them before we move next year. So I guess my wife and I will be working to finish some of the open ones, whether we really want to or not.
I know. Quite a dilemma, needing to drink more than we want... Hey, clo! Do you want to stop by for a couple of days?? That should about do it.
