Really? That's a HUGE story if the state is really resorting to that,. Is it possible you mean certain California municipalities, not the state? Because that wouldn't surprise me. Vallejo, for instance, is all but bankrupt and has no choice.
California WILL go bankrupt, but I didn't think it was to the point of cutting pensions. Not yet.

Socialism is all about master/slave -- slavery, but not how their useful idiots and especially black people think of slavery. A few will be masters, the rest of us, poor slaves.
