I can see how a guy on the bridge of a merchant ship can get distracted watching porn on his laptop, but a sailor on a navy ship cannot be distracted at any time. Merchant ships are LIT AT NIGHT. All this bullshit about cuts for the navy have caused these events is bullshit. If I were asking the questions and someone brought that up, he'd be gone before finishing the sentence.
