Our oldest lives just 25 miles West of Houston and I just talked to him. He said it has already rained 25 inches and that they've been saying that it could rain another 25 before this is over. So far he's OK, but he can't get out as all the highways are closed. He's just got to wait it out.

Houston Told People to Stay for Harvey, Now They Can't Get Out
When the governor called for evacuation week, the response was: ‘local officials know best.’ Now 911 is jammed, waters are rising, and it's about to get worse.
