Our son just sent us some photos where the water is starting to back-up into his yard. The streets are flooded and he's got about 6 to 8 inches to go before it will start to seep into his house.
Our oldest lives just 25 miles West of Houston and I just talked to him. He said it has already rained 25 inches and that they've been saying that it could rain another 25 before this is over. So far he's OK, but he can't get out as all the highways are closed. He's just got to wait it out.
