Laws that are not applied, are not applied because they are UNFAIR, UNREASONABLE, UNWORKABLE, THEY ARE GARBAGE.
No one goes to jail in America for being here "undocumented", jumping fence or for ignoring that last date in the visa, the one of departure from here. No one.
That is because it is the right thing, and the code calling for fines and jail time is shit, no one pays fines, no one goes to jail. No one.
That US "code" does not exist, because it is garbage.
Only stupid vengeful cretins, who should not be citizens of this country would want to put in jail a poor man or woman who try to feed their family doing the work no "natural born" would stoop down to do.
