Sounds like bullshit. Closing a case still leaves one undocumented. There is more to why and what, that we don't know about, and no conclusions can be made. IT's a practice that preceded Obama, and the 200000 number is "as high as 200000" not actual 200000, but his "accounting" was for 100000.

He should tell us where these went, not part of the story.
