...it's been raining here all day, but not hard enough to cause any damage. One of our local weather idiots was on tv he was holding an umbrella and the water was about halfway up the soles of his Gucci loafers. Ya could tell he was pissed about having to go out in it.

dg, that's great. I would rather the rain was spread around than see more of it concentrated in the flooded areas of Texas.

I hope it moves quickly out of there. Important the rain moves out quickly. I hope it is, I'm not up to date yet. Last I saw (last night), it was going inland to TN. I'll have to take another look at the NOAA site.

Did you get any rain?

update: I see it curves and could hit NY. Looks like the storm moved out of the Houston area. Did the rain stop?
