I think there's a chance folks need to prepare for something bigger than that. How well would a 90 day food supply have worked for the people of Venezuela? They've been starving for the last several years.

At least you don't live in a city. Depending on when a disaster hits, you might be able to grow a garden and stretch that food supply for more than 90 days.

IMO, everyone should have several years of food. But I understand if you don't. I don't either. But I *will*.

BTW, ten days? Really? You should be able to fast for THAT long!

Gold is $1,581/oz today. When it hits $2,000, it will be up 26.5%. Let's see how long that takes. - De 3/11/2013 - ANSWER: 7 Years, 5 Months

...I have been of the opinion that everybody should have enough stuff to survive for ten days in a 'disaster' either man made or natural. Let me now revise that to 30-90 days. The food, the water and 'armed' are all important. If you have food and water those who have made no preparations will want it. Maybe bad enough to kill ya for it.
