You know, you CAN cancel an order so long as you do it before you pay. I had to do that once when I accidentally clicked on BID and won some stupid thing I didn't want. Tophatter says that if you cancel too many times they will drop you as a customer. I don't think I'm in any danger.
I'm not surprised if a lot of Tophatter's merchandise is junk. Just look how cheap it is, after all. But hopefully not all of it. Those toilet bowl lights, for instance, probably aren't junk. They've been selling them on on TV! I don't know why anyone would want to have what's in their toilet lit up nice and bright, but I guess for some people it's a source of pride. Maybe when there's a particularly large or colorful one, they call the wife and kids in to have a look. That's a big money saver over a night spent at an art gallery or movie.
