The SPLC wants to plead "poverty" if its very public, hateful racism ever gets it into hot water with the courts. So, therefore, it naturally does exactly what any shady enterprise that is rightly described in the RICO Act would do ... it tries to hide its filthy lucre outside of the country. I'm sure the altruistic Clinton Foundation has been assisting the SPLC with helpful money-laundering tips, don'tcha know.
