re: "Did see one guy on another day bid $60."

The image I posted showed the bid at $90. No one went for it, so it sold for $85.

Hey, but at least shipping was free!

Gold is $1,581/oz today. When it hits $2,000, it will be up 26.5%. Let's see how long that takes. - De 3/11/2013 - ANSWER: 7 Years, 5 Months

I got mine for $23 plus $3 shipping.

It was evening and I watched them going in the vicinity of $30. So when it hit the $20 range, I thought I'd put in a bid, then be outbid, but that isn't what happened, I won.

Did see one guy on another day bid $60. He or she probably didn't realize they sell dozens of these things out there. Gotta get it mentality! And now we see they go for $50 on Amazon (with LEDs).

Good to know you can get out of a sale, but I stopped looking at the site awhile ago. The stuff doesn't interest me, but it was good to see how an auction site other than ebay worked. I like the user interface, it was easy to use; as you say, a little longer time to review and ethical marketing would go a long way. So would a better product set. Could see surplus stuff go like wildfire.
