He had an inimitable posting style - and covered HAARP and other geo-engineering stuff routinely, long before it became a 'thing' with so many tin-foil types.
Have never written off the possibility of actual large scale geo-engineering going on ... still studying it, at times - lots of noise to filter out- very little hard-core evidence. Arkuel came the closest of any that I've ever read in supplying decent documentation.
