The justice department amicus has one blatantly HUGE FLAW in it ...

That it must be serious objection. Doesn't matter whether it's a serious objection or someone just got outta the wrong side of bed.

We have already outlawed involuntary servitude - whether one has serious objections to it, or not.

"This Justice Department has already made its hostility to the rights of LGBT people and so many others crystal clear," said Louise Melling, ACLU's deputy legal director.

There is a difference . . . .
Between actual hostility to rights and an attempt to
force others to cater to their perverted conception
of a 'right'.

To my knowledge, nobody is trying to say two gay
folks can not co-habitate.

But nobody should have the right to force someone else
to create something beautiful and 'celebratory' for
their cohabitations if the someone else has serious
objections to being so forced.
