Why ask for permission for what they already do ? The government has FULL access to every jot and tittle of info in those 3 agencies - and the government uses it.

I doubt that those companies 'gave' that info without a big paycheck. Corporate subscribers get pretty much full access also - possibly not the full SS - but I doubt that- they probably get everything also.
