I'm not sure what it is . . .
But I'm pretty sure it has to do with Windows
shortcut keys and fat fingering several keys
simultaneously. I've done that very thing a
few times . . . and the more flustered I get over
it the more often (in a row) I wind up doing it.
I'd love to know A: what causes it.
And, B, how to 'fix' the O.S. so it can't do it.
