If memory serves, a rough idle is one of the signs of a vacuum leak (eg. intake manifold, or vacuum hose) - and can smooth out at higher rpm. Something caused that plug to burn like that.
You might want to consider an 'insert' instead of a helicoil - ask your machine shop guys. Helicoil on head bolts, mains, and others - but the high heat of spark plug, and intense pressure - insert may provide better heat transfer, plug seating, and 'thread seating' than a helicoil.
There are also larger thread plugs ??? 18mm vs ??14mm - and you may want to go that route instead. You just have to get the same heat range and thread length as your other plugs - but check that it would be available.
Again, ask the machine shop guys - they should steer you right on the best route. Show them that burned plug also.
