Sometimes I tell somebody less than the total truth to spare their feelings or we make promises we can't keep but fully intend to or we tell tall tales that defy belief. Hillary is either a psychopath or a sociopath. One of them doesn't know the difference between good and evil and the other one knows but doesn't care. I dunno which one she is, take ya pick.
