My dentist told me today his wife got tickets for them to go to her book signing.
He's a republican but voted for her (he would NEVER vote for Trump)
His wife, also a dentist, they have a practice, is a fan.
He actually asked if I wanted to go, he'd ask Dana if she could get another ticket.
I thought that was very nice, but said no thanks.
We talk politics, he's reasonable, for a republican ;))
This past Tuesday, my wife and I went to Costco and while there she looked for Hillary's new book "What Happened". She looked all around the book display and nothing. Finally she asked someone and they said that yes, the book was available and on the table, but when they tried to show her where it was, what they found was this; someone had taken several of the books and placed them at the bottom of other stacks of books and then they piled a different set of books on top of the now diminished stack of Hillary books, in what I'm sure they thought would somehow stop people from buying her book if they just made it harder to find. Like this was going to somehow undermine the sale of the book and result in it being seen as a publishing failure. As I said, there are people out there with very small and hateful minds.
