Zim - that was under the BROWSER settings, not the operating system.

I do not recommend any changes to the Windows Keyboard shortcuts at all - and tried to make that clear.

A quick look at search results indicates that attempting to mess with Windows 7,8,10 keyboard shortcuts is a nightmare - it is doable - but NOT by built in mechanisms - special software and programming ability is required for most of it.

I'm in Windows 7, and it looks like I gotta get into

To disable the Windows keyboard shortcut keys you need to modify the Registry. But before that create a System restore point. Follow the steps mentioned below to create a system restore point.
