The one I hit just today was a new one on me . . .
I've lost whole posts many times (mostly in the past
now, thankfully). But this one earlier today . . .
One second I was trying to type, next second the computer said 'Shutting down'.

I do not recommend any changes to the Windows Keyboard shortcuts at all - and tried to make that clear.

A quick look at search results indicates that attempting to mess with Windows 7,8,10 keyboard shortcuts is a nightmare - it is doable - but NOT by built in mechanisms - special software and programming ability is required for most of it.
