There are folks out there who will go to any lengths to get in your pocket or get you to work for nothing. When I was a mere lad and the county I live in was beginning to replace farms with homes an old boy named Otis signed a contract with a real estate company to sell his farm off to individuals and he was spozed to make a fortune.

The terms of the contract was that the real estate company collected their commissions on the first lots sold and after that the farmer would get the rest of the money. They sold off all his road frontage, stuck the money in their pockets and never sold another piece of the farm.

Two groups of people I don't trust are lawyers and real estate companies.

Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!

28 pages of legalities just to work for them??? I have dealt with this chit before. I won but, it took 12 years and the only ones that made MONEY was the lawyers....................................I aint going down that road again. A lil gun shy ya might say...........
