...if ya look at the newer gps systems they have a thing that tells ya about traffic on your selected route. The way they know what the traffic is on your route is that they can sample the speed and direction of travel of other cars with gps. Ya gps device is telling on ya every minute.
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
Why GPS navigation systems? To the best of my knowledge, they receive. They don't transmit or record.
Now, GPS-tracking devices are a whole different thing. They record where the device has been, so if one is attached to your car, whoever planted it only needs to retrieve it to have a roadmap of your life.
