The Chinese are but the first - many other countries are going to be quickly following suit.

Correction on previous rant= BITE=ME=COINS are far more worthless than ENRON sTOCK. Enron had some hard assetts, provided some legit services, and actually generated REAL REVENUE. Bite-me-coins do NONE of that.
