I've been to some rattlesnake roundups in North Texas during my lifetime. Rattlesnake is good eatin'. However, we cut off the head and the tail before we cook it, don'tcha know.

Man tries to barbecue rattlesnake, gets bit on face

A man in Arizona was attempting to cook a rattlesnake on a barbecue grill when the snake decided to fight back.
