I had a whole variety of professors when I wuz in Injun Earing college as well. All walks of life from various countries.

They ALL knew their stuff though and I was glad to learn. Soaked it all up like a sponge. I did not care or think about what color was their skin or where they were from on the globe. Did not matter. They were all well qualified to teach me things I did not know and I was eager to learn them. I am sure you were as well!

BTW, glad to know there is another board engineer here besides me.

Professor is showing qualities of knowing things that I studied as well and actually applied in some of my employment. Would not have traded those experiences for anything....

I can enroll in a class at college and be sure that the majority of my professors will be of my race.

When I was inengineering school (quite some time ago) I had several Chinese and Indian professors. I can't imagine that has changed much. That said, if they have the knowledge and can teach, who would complain?
