Troubling report- but it is NOT the 'US government' doing the suing - it is local and state government and government entities (school boards and schools) that are doing the suing.

Still very troubling - and the US Government is having to be CONTINUALLY sued to make them obey the FEDERAL FOIA laws - and, even when forced by the courts to comply, drag their heals and otherwise obstruct/completely redact the information.

Too freaking mych going on behind closed doors - things that, we the people, have a RIGHT TO KNOW. Those bass-turds work for US - not the other way around.
