I agree and we owe it all to Cornyn and Shumer for the creation of the patent rape scheme. I urged IDCC to assert their rights in Europe years ago and feel very good about Interdigital Europe and its growth today. I also believe Trump's administration will at some point protect American inventors and reverse some of the nonsense that occurred under the last administration. It will not be easy because many politicians have gotten fat feeding on the globalist lobby buffet. At some point wireless communications will be using trillions of chips and sensors. It does not take long to amass a fortune at even a half a cent a chip for a company like IDCC. The problem as usual is the wait. It makes it hard to try and out live a dream, but at least I know some folks will ultimately enjoy the rewards.
patent owners get more respect in china than in America at this point...the PTAB is a freakin patent disqualifying machine that's killing the whole patent system one patent at a time....they have a 90% hit rate on patents brought before them...INSANITY!!!
