These are newest pictures of my father's house I have been working on. Some are same as before but a lot are new.
Since last shown there is a brand new roof, newly painted front trim and shutters, and the Fireplace in the great room has been painted, and the insert I spent about 4 hours on removing tarnish, brightening up the Bronze and shining up the Black, cleaning the glass.
We think it looks much better with the new light gray roof with dimensional 50 year shingles and the gray trim which goes with it.
Ribit, try not to hyperventilate over my realtor. Trust me, the picture is probably when she was at least ten years younger. She is prolly around 68 or so now..
Nice person. Lives down the street from the house...
