Outraged Pittsburgh Steelers fans have begun burning their team jerseys and other gear, following the controversy that caused all but one member of the team to remain inside the locker room Sunday during the national anthem.
Steelers fans across the U.S. are taking to social media to show themselves burning their Steelers gear and blasting the NFL, CBS Pittsburgh reported.
"There you go, goodbye Pittsburgh Steelers, burn in hell, Semper Fi," Jim Heaney said on YouTube as he flung his gear onto a fire.

"Here's one of my several Steeler jerseys," one former fan tweeted as he threw the jersey on the ground. "You've messed up Pittsburgh Steelers. You've messed up NFL. Not anymore. Never again will I waste one minute of my life following the NFL or the Pittsburgh Steelers." ...
