LINDA, YOU CAN RELATE TO THIS. I HAVE LOST MY PLACE IN THE LIST. I AM BLAMING BELDIN. I STOPPED TO ANSWER A RECENT POST AND THEN GOT "INVOLVED." I ALWAYS WONDERED WHY YOU WERE TRYING TO CATCH UP! I AM HARDLY EVER HERE, YET THE LAST 3 DAYS HAVE BEEN REALLY FUN, WHICH IS INDICATIVE OF A VERY BORING LIFE.

I MEAN WHO GETS A RECOMMENDED BOOK RATHER QUICKLY AND THEN IS HALFWAY THROUGH ALREADY? NOPE, ALWAYS THOUGHT YOUR POSTS WERE TERRIFIC AND I STILL DO.

Gotta say, it was trying over there on News at times, they were really Left and I am centrist-right. Quite an experience with that group. I wonder if they are haunting some other place or dissolved. If they were really with Obama, they probably faded away.

OH YEAH, "THEY" WERE SOMETHING ELSE. MORE THAN INSULTING TO CONSERVATIVES, BUT KISS A$$ TO EACH OTHER. I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO THEM. YES, I DO THINK THEY WERE WITH THE BIG "O" BUT THEY WOULD ENJOY TORTURING THE CURRENT PREZ EVEN MORE.

Before 9/11, it seemed out society was fairly simple, Dems and Republicans, liberals and Conservatives. The Left was the Commies, who were virtually nowhere. How complex it seems now, with Left, Socialists, liberals, alt-left, alt right and everything in-between, with community organizing and globalists thrown in, too, not to mention Islamists, including the MB. Our simple life has gone out the window.

I HAVE BEEN HAVING THIS DISCUSSION LATELY. I DON'T THINK OUR PROBLEMS STARTED ON 9/11, BUT WAY BEFORE THAT. I WILL AGREE WITH YOU THAT THE DIFFERENT CAMPS WERE MUCH MORE DISTINCT THEN, BUT THE SIMPLE LIFE, IMO, HASN'T EXISTED IN A LONG TIME.

I REALLY LIKED THE SIMPLE LIFE, TOO.

SO, SURE, THAT'S GONE NOW, TOO.

AND I KNOW I AM GOING TO PAY MORE TAXES SOON.

I HAD BETTER TAKE A NAP BEFORE I HAVE A STROKE!
