I'd be willing to give him my vacation house... if he would just move to New Hampshire when he finishes college. I fear that there aren't any jobs of the kind he'll want, though. (When it comes to making a career choice, I did my best to get him to consider veterinary medicine, dentistry, electrical work, or anything where jobs are not a virtual cage pinning employees down in certain cities. I still have my fingers crossed for that.) Maybe he can find something that will let him telecommute, with occasional site visits. That would be nice.

Or he could find something in a mid-sized city that's not too far away. I will try hard to keep him out of larger cities, though.

The attorney? I'm afraid she's pretty well stuck in Virginia since that's where she passed the bar.

thank you my friend for your kind words.
We provided the environment for her and her sister to grow and have a solid foundation. They each chose their own path for life, careers, and on their own, prepared for success in their chosen fields of endeavor.

Sadly for me, no engineers came forth. LOL!! Maybe a grandson will follow grandpa's footsteps and then become a businessman. I would like that, but their life is their own.
The good news is I have an high powered lawyer for a daughter. I have another who is extremely brilliant in micro biology, anatomy, forensics, chemistry, biology, and physics.

She enjoys teaching. I would like her to be HAPPY. That is all I want for my daughters in whatever they want to do.

Just wish the youngest one who lives in Zim's town would come back home and be near us. Too far to go to stay up with the little ones.... Love the grandkids and do not get to see them very often....
