Dershowitz DOES support the Constitution.
His point was you can't do it in this country due to being attacked. My point would be - because of the Congress, Courts, and Executive branch we have put in power; and because so many 'voters' will vote you out of office if you actually do stick to the Constitution, and people with big money behind them will sue your butt off if you DO exercise your Constitutional rights - like the baker did, or Mark Steyn in fighting the global warming nazis.
