...that is about the piss poorest description of trickle down economics I have ever read. There is truly no beginning to your talent.

Cohen is a big believer in the 'it has never been proven to work' theory of trickle-down economics. He honestly believes that if you give a billionaire a $10 million tax break that he will pay his gardener and housekeeper a bit more per week, which might actually be the case, but that hardly can be seen as stimulating the economy if the rest of the $10 million goes to buy a villa in the South of France.
