Which way does gravity try to pull things? Down.
If the building had dropped straight down on the
impact of the planes I might could believe the
conspiracy theory . . . but the buildings stayed
up for a while before collapsing. Time enough for the
flaming jet fuel to weaken the steel. After that
gravity takes over and everything falls straight down.
The impact of the higher floors dropping onto lower
floors pancaking the whole thing.
In fact, I would say the fact that it did drop straight down
is a testament to the strength built into the twin towers.

BUT I "BOUGHT" THE EXPLANATION OF THE PLANES HITTING THE WORLD TRADE CENTER AND THE FIRES BROUGHT THEM DOWN.
I GUESS IT'S POSSIBLE THAT YOUR THEORY IS CORRECT: BUT I HATE TO THINK OF WHO OR WHAT WOULD "HELP" TO BRING DOWN THE WORLD TRADE CENTER.
