I emailed yesterday, SHE called this morning. I had the job even before i got their. She is a real estate tycoon, owning many properties. I will be doing everything from pulling weeds to total remods. the ad said $15 an hour, after talking with me for a few minutes, she said you know it pays 15? I said yes I am fine with that, she then said I am going to give you $18 after a brief talk. NICE. My gas is paid, I get a CC in my name, .55 a mile for using my truck, 2 weeks paid off during the holidays. Every Friday the company buys lunch for all the employees. She asked is there any ?'s I had , I said yeah, ARE YOU FOR REAL??? LOL she got a big laugh. She does what the blond on DYI channel does buy fix and flip any kinda of buildings. It all hasn't sunk in yet but DAYUMM. I believe things just went my way!!!!
