Also note that of all the public officials at the event, that the mayor of San Juan was the only person NOT mentioned by Trump and she was sitting right there at the table along with all the other people for whom he did lavish praise and recognition. And he also couldn't avoid having to mention the Puerto Rican debt and the impact that the recovery effort was going to have on the federal budget. I can't recall him chiding the Texas and Florida officials over the impact that federal relief to their states was going to have.
