Ribit, we do exchange advice with the Israelis, Europeans, etc. The Israelis even assessed our airports. There is an annual CT conference in Israel that top experts from around the world attend. This year there were more Europeans than I recall. Meanwhile, this is the first time I heard Israelis say they wanted to learn from the European experience. That's almost scary. I didn't attend this summit, but caught some of the live-streamed sessions, including what I think is Gorka's first speech after leaving the NSC. There's a lot of dialog going back and forth between countries, intel cooperation is the best its ever been.

Our enemies are one step ahead because we've been bamboozled and this is an enemy within scenario.
